I was also scammed by Prime one Financial / Prime One Benefits. (same story as every one else: "Guaranteed Master Card, $1,000.00 limmit for the $187.00 processing fee...."

Contact your bank and request an Affidavit of Unauthorized ACH Debit Activity: you probably authorized Prime One to debit your account under the false pretense of a guaranteed Master Card, however, you probably did not receive such card and received a "Benefits Package" which you did NOT authorize the debit. (It would be like if you went to Walmart and bought an air conditioner only to get it home, open the box, and the box is filled with ice cube trays and instructions for filling with water, placing in your freezer then sticking the trays in front of a fan....you get the idea: FRAUD!!!)

Make sure also attempt to resolve your issue with Prime One - i.e: Janet #794 told me that if I sent the "Benefits Package", back my money would promptly refunded - I first made photo copies of all the cupons, rebates, discounts, and front and back cover of the "National Credit Guide to the USA",(I made these copies for my records, as well as every agency I contacted to file a complaint). I sent the, "Benefits Package", back to them certified mail/return receipt (signed for by SHIRLEY FERGUSON on 6/12/03)

I sent in all the info to my bank, NY Attorney General's Office, and FTC. (by info. I mean: copies of what was in the benefits package, a copy of the letter I sent Prime One requesting a refund as well as a copy of the "Domestic Return Receipt" form Signed by (once again - remember this name) SHIRLEY FERGUSON.

I just sent them another certified/return receipt letter today, along with a copy of the original and copy of proof of delivery of the original - in this letter informing them once again that I demand a refund and have contacted my bank, FTC, and Attorney General's Office.

I also email them every day @: info@primeonebenefits.com and save each email and forward the email back to them the next day giving the date of each time I forward, along with which attempt the email is (this is the 4th attempt, 5th, 6th... etc.., each time asking them why they won't respond to my emails, letters, etc..and why won't they rebute themselves on ripoffreport.com?)

I have yet to get a response, but it has become almost a game to come home from work, check my email for a response from Prime One - no response, go into my sent folder and forward the previous days forward over and over again.

I can't afford the long distance phone calls so I keep calling them collect (because they don't have an 800 #) - even though my name sounds simmilar to "Mr. Price", they never accept my calls - I guess that's better than being put on hold? I mistakenly) faxed their office number on numerous times (the fax/phone numbers are simmilar - silly me...)... and it is possible to fax from your computer - so I have a feeling they received quite a few faxed articles from ripoffreport.com to both their fax and phone lines????

BUT WHY WON'T THEY RESPOND???? ANYBODY....ANYBODY

JUST DON'T GIVE UP!!!! HAVE A LITTLE FUN WITH THEM!!!!

Here's how I got my money back...
As I've stated, I contacted my bank's fraud investigation unit and provided them with all the info on Prime One: i.e. copies of the "Benefits Package" along with info. on Prime One from the BBB, FTC, and copies of post from this site on Prime One.

7/3/03 I checked my checking account balance and my bank placed a $187.00 credit back into my account.

I hope you all receive justice as well!!!
