On March 10, 2003 I was contacted by a customer service agent who called himself Sam who made an inquiry about my credit and if I wanted to build my credit.

I answered yes, informing the caller I was interested in building credit. The caller asked if I was interested in obtaining a MasterCard at 19% apr.

I answered yes and asked what it would cost in up front charges. Sam said there would be a charge of $269.00 and I would recieve a MasterCard with a $2,000.00 credit limit and after a six month review I could possibly earn another $2,000 in credit on the MasterCard.

I asked Sam on several occassions during the call if I was going to receive a MasterCard with my payment. He answered yes and by paying the upfront fees I would be sent "free of charge" a merchandise card with a $6000 credit limit.

I agreed to the $269.00 fee for the MasterCard and was told to expect delivery no later than April 11, 2003.

On March 18, 2003 my checking account was debited electronically $269.00.

I have not received a Master Card as of April 11, 2003 and I have only received a package containing a merchant card and credit repair information: a booklet, CD ROM, and various color copied information of which none pertains to a MasterCard with a $2000.00 credit limit.

I believe this to have been misrepresentation, misleading advertising, improper selling practices and unsatisfactory service.

The other company: Prime One Financial is a scam. I called this company back before I recieved any of the scam mail and everyone began to play stupid. Playing stupid actually equals to, "I have your money and you can't do a d**n thing about it."

I refuse to let them get away with it...it is my mission to expose these frauds. I will continue to contact newspapers, magzines, the federal government, state government and anyone else that my be able to do something about this ripoff.
