Primeaux Kia Does NOT HONOR their deals Tulsa Oklahoma

Went in and bought a brand new Kia Forte off the showroom floor.  Was enticed in for the competitive bonus and rebates.   After all the paperwork was signed, the dealership refused to honor the bonus.   After numerous complaints over a two week period, primeaux finally gave us half of the bonus.   This was unacceptable.  We had to call KIA Motors USA and file a complaint with corporate.  After another two weeks, Corporate called and we had a conference call wherein primeaux Kia was told to give us the remaining half of the bonus.   After that, our dealings with this dealership have felt "retaliatory", so we have taken our business elsewhere.  We are not comfortable with the dishonesty and crappy service.  We love our KIAs, but abhor this dealership.

Save yourself some headache and go elsewhere!
