primemail blue cross mail order pharmacy poor service, poor judgment Dallas Texas

I sent 2 Rx's to primemail which is bcbsfl mail order pharmacy 1 was for 20mg oxycontin, 1 for 10/500 loracet. Their strong pain relievers but certainly nothing that could be considered abusive.  They kept them for 2 weeks and then the second time I checked their website it showed nothing so I gave them a call, I was told that they wouldn't fill them but not given any reason other than it's their judgment. I think its a piss poor service and feel if there is some problem an email or call would be the proper approach. I have inflammatory arthritis and have a lot of expensive medications including pain relievers. Just be warned you should deal with your local pharmacy as this group isn't worth the aggravating bs to save a few dollars.
