Whomever has written this report is clearly trying to personally and professionally defame me and doesn't have the integrity to contact me directly to resolve any dispute in civil and peaceful manner.  These allegations are false and without merit.  

I have never been convicted of any crime (felony or misdemeanor) in any State in the U.S.  

I have never accepted any retainer or consulting fees from a client without a written contract that is enforceable under California state law.  

Not one single client has ever sued me for nonperformance of any engagement agreement.  

The author of this report has never worked with me and cannot prove any of these allegations to be true and I welcome a reply or rebuttal that can produce any evidence otherwise.  

This is simply cyber-deffamation at it's finest and websites like this give individuals (the author) a forum to attempt to damage the reputation of individuals and businesses without requiring any proof.  Anyone, can get on here and write anything they want about any individual or business without any verification of truth.  

Clearly the author is upset with me and is trying to seek some sort of retribution by lying on the internet.  My only recommendation to the author is to meditate, exercise and pray.  Life is too short to hold grudges and make war.
