I have used this company once before about a year ago, but on Dec 3, 2012 I made another order this company processed artwork for printing with guaranteed delivery within 5 - 7 days. After fourteen days,I called and canceled the order. and was told that it had not even been processed yet . Frustrated with how unprofessional they were , but knowing pricing was good and having used them before, I requested the order be processed and delivered ASAP. I was assured that I would have it within the week.
35 days after original order, I have sent several emails and left several more phone messages with no reply. I have sourced another company to complete what I started out to do.
The kicker!!! I never received an invoice from Prinbuy.com during the order process, but Suzie felt authorized to debit a credit card she previously used a year before for over $550.00 with out asking or providing any receipt on Dec 3.
My time is very valuable and I should not have to chase dead beet business owners for my own money to be returned for services never supplied. To this day I have not received any reply and have escalated this to the police and credit card company. It is being investigated as Fraud.
Do not use PrintBuys.com or or there affiliated web sites you will also be sadly disappointed.

You are being sued ahole
I'm having my attorney make a complaint against you for making false allegations against my name and printbuys.com. You posted enough information on ripoff.com that the complaint can be traced back to you. There is no police investigation. You made up lies to harm printbuys.com. Our Canadian facility is hiring an attorney there.
I hope you are slandered anonymously on many many websites all over the internet just like you lied about me. You said I was unprofessional ? You are a liar, and I will sue you for everything I can for deformation.

The person who made this report is Grant from Alberta
Home Services in Canada. He placed in
credit card on file with is last order and knows that we do not print and ship
prior to payment. Our average turn
around on printing usually takes 2-4 business days on most items. We do not guarantee any deadlines, like all
printers we can only guarantee our printing only. We do offer a 100% reprint guarantee. Grant from Alterta Homes Service in Canada
order printing from our Canadian facility.
Our quality control determined his job needed to be reprinted. He did not want to reprint so I had his card
refunded. His invoice # 0811640672
dated on Dec 3, 2012 was emailed to him on 12/3/2012, along with is proof. He both approved his proof and his
invoice. We cannot go to print without
proof approval, and invoice payment. I
do not know why Grant felt that he had to slander me "Suzie Jebrail"
and printbuys.com on this website. He
made fraudulent claim / straight lie about me personally. There is no investigation, why he said such
things in completely rude.
