Priority 1 Items arrived Boxes and contents smashed. Lost box with Mothers ashes in it. Dallas Texas

 Booked this Company to move us from Oklahoma to Texas. Talked with Carine who was very helpful  and assured us that our stuff which was being stored for a week would be vacumm wrapped and safe.

When it arrived Boxes and contents were smashed. Totes were crushed and contents smashed. Ride on mower was  bent out of shape and so was a metal tool box with drawes. The driver told us a heavy load had been put on top of ours in storeage.

It had not been vacumm packed on pallets as promised.

2 Boxes were missing. One containing my Mothers ashes in an urn wrapped in bubble wrap and in blankets.

Carine was then never available to speak with us. We were put onto customer service who told us they had a new warehouse person who sent some of the boxes to El Paso by mistake. Now no one will talk to us. Mothers ashes were never found. We have never had an oppology nothing from them and they wont even take our calls.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.
