first off customer service is non-existant and has been forever,(call the number listed, for 1 yr you will only hear a recording) next the only email is help@pristineauction.com, and evrey time you send an email a ticket or case is created a dif one, which is usually responded to with bs, and closed 20 min later, you can request a call from someone, but they will not call you ever for any reason, next items are fake knockoffs, only thing real is autographs, listings are fradulent and missrepersented, items signed are low cheap quality sweat shop produced foreign goods, shipping is slow 2 weeks but ofcourse you would expect this especially when they charge you another 20 dollars or more just for shipping within the usa.

this site is all around fraud it has let me place bids on items after the auction clearly is no longer live, and says ended in big red words, on items they can't sell or have false listing for, or are damaged. returns, resolutions impossible, grade A scam artists and Liars.
