ordered eight candles before christmas ,,4 came in broke and no box,,,,,also talked a friend int ordering and she ordered six and two of hers came in shattered glass all over the box and canles was not boxed,,also on my order they took out the money twice from my account,,,cannot get ahold of anyone from there and phone disconnected..

any ideas please help
