I ordered 4 candles for Christmas presents on 12/9 and received an order confirmation but never a shiping confirmation as promised. I had to purchase candles from another company (which delivered the next day) because I still have not received the order from Prize Candle. I cannot get in touch with the company for a refund. This is outright theft!
