The PRN Inc company refused to provide a contract at the time they arrived home. I was able to sit on the chair and push myself to the door. When I mentioned about co-pay, he ignored me and did not answered.He also ignored that my husband was here and ready to ride me to the hospital. He was just helped me to get in ambulance without saying anything! And then made me sign a paper contract inside of ambulance that I don't remember until they sent my signature to me weeks later.At the top of this contract there is a sign for " Refusal of Treatment". He could,simply, after he heard me and my husband about co-pay, provided this contract and got our signature for " Refusal of Treatment" everything would be over. I wrote 3 letters and got no answers from this company except that they just wrote back that I have responsible for this amount and threat me for collection agency... Dear BBB,
Thank you for giving me opportunity to express my right. The 1st paragraph, PRN Co is just repeating themselves. The 2nd paragraph: I explained in all my letters that how I refused the ambulance by saying I have no responsible of co-pay. The 3rd paragraph: I did not asked about medical record to unauthorized person. Simply I said if I was unconscious, he( employee of PRN) could give the paper contract to my husband but he refused. The 4th paragraph: PRN Co are not willing to work with consumer, they are not dispute the amount. They have no answer for their mistakes and they just want to get away from this simple fact.
MY insurance called ambulance for me but when the ambulance arrived, my husband was ready to take me to the hospital. I said to PRN representative that I have MFA and I have no responsibility for co-pay. He simply ignored me. My husband insisted to make sure and I repeated at the door again but PRN representative ignored us. 
I will send all my letters. My English is not strong enough but it's understandable and it's in details. PRN Co, as a professional, should admit their mistakes instead of repeating themselves by writing and using words to fool people.
