My fiance went looking for a job to be able to support our family better and to be able to spend more time with us. He went to the interview with Stefan Mainhart, the President of Apex Marketing.

He recieved a paper where the Coporate Trainer clearly wrote, "Account Executive $500 wk," along with all the other titles and pay amounts for each, all the way up to "Manager $80,000."

There was never anything said or written about this job being strictly commission, until after he had been employed there for about 3 and a half weeks.

We were informed by a co-worker that he was told and shown the same thing, but had not recieved a paycheck for over $200 in the month that he had been there.

They get you in by saying you will make $500 a week to start,that you are being trained to run your own office, and within 8 months to a year you will be making $80,000.00 a year, and it is all clearly written.

It is door-to-door sales, but they lead you to believe you are making all this money, so it is worth it. My fiance kept telling me he hated the door-to-door sales, but since it was good money, he was going to stick it out to better myself and our two boys.

They were leaving him in areas alone where nearly everyone either did not speak English, or did not have a Social Security Number, therefore they were unable to get BellSouth service. (BellSouth through Apex Marketing). Another day, they left him in a gated community, which, I am told they are not allowed to be in (his Corporate Trainer followed behind another vehicle through the gate).

On top of illegally entering a gated community to do Marketing, the community was mostly new, and most of the condominiums he visited were empty.

They left him with no car, alone, for about 6 hours, in which he was expected to stay within his area. No water or anything to drink, unless someone happened to offer it to him. Outside in the sun walking for 6 hours, with no water. (What are you supposed to do, carry a cooler around with you?)

To end it all, we are now stuck, wondering how we are going to pay our rent and utilities this month. He worked for 3 and a half weeks and still has not even seen the first check he was told he would recieve after 2 weeks of employment.

Even when he does get a check, based on "commission only" we will be lucky if it is for $200.

The thing that gets me is, there was never anything written anywhere, not in the ad on Monster (job search), nor on the company website. He also was not shown anything in the interview that told him that, rather we have it in writing $500 a week.

We are seriously looking into what ever we can possibly do, at the very least we want the money he was "supposed" to have made. This company could cost a family thier home. We have a 6 year old and a 6 month old, and are digging into every last penny of our savings to pay electric and buy formula and diapers.

This company is more than a scam, it is downright dishonset and immoral. It is simply wrong, to take a family's hopes and smash them to pieces, not to mention leaving them in a nearly impossible financial situation because of lies.

Please help us if you can, anyone who has advice!
