I have been having the same trouble in trying to obtain a refund from this company as well. I have been in this process since April of this year and here is where I'm at with some contact numbers and names to help with this situation:

Contact Person/Assistant CEO: Judy
Hyaid Group Number: 516-433-3800
President: Richard Levinson
All of these group companies belong to the Diamond International Group.
Spoke with Judy @ Fullfillment Plus on 8-9-06 and was assured I would get a result within 48hrs. Will keep you updated on my results and will post further if I get results. Hope these numbers help in your endeavor with this rip-off company. The more of us that call cooperate personnel, maybe we will all get the results we deserve.
