I have been a part of the highly emotional pet industry as a professional dog trainer and certified pharmacotherapy behaviorist for 30 years.  Occasionally, even with my best efforts, I am unable to meet the unreasonable expectations of some clients.  Reality dictates this is to be expected, but I am always saddened when it occurs.  However, when this does occur, it does not give the client the right to take advantage of social media sites such as Ripoff Reports to post false and misleading statements such as these.  Doing so, especially when posted anonymously, amounts to nothing more than a willful disregard for the truth and the intent is only to harm the professional through defamation and slander and not achieve a reasonable solution.  Fortunately, there are laws that protect victims such as myself from such clients.  The courts of this land easily see through their lies and expose their malicious intent where upon they then punish the client for the damages they have caused.  I have successfully used the American legal system in the past for such and will in this case and all future cases as well.  I have every right to protect my reputation, my family and my way of life from the actions of unlawful and deceptive clients.

Due to the owner of this company threateneing me, I am forced to remove this due to the safety of my family. Do your research consumers and make your own judgement!!!
