As has been previously mentioned - I also received email notification of a proactiv solutions shipment that billed my credit card for something that I never ordered! In fact, I had never given this company any account or personal information. After 3 days, several phone calls and 4 emails, I finally spoke with a company representative (who actually reads inter-office emails) who acknowledged that there has been an internet fraud going on with their product with the exact same scenario - for at least the past month.

She was extremely helpful, professional and apologetic and immediately credited my account and told me that I was not responsible to return the product if I ever receive it. Her name is Chelsea - and she should be running the show for these guys - give her a raise! Customer Service is 800-950-4695. Unfortunately, it may take you many times until you find someone like Chelsea who is on the ball.
