I am fed up!  I purchased a kit from proactive to give it a try for my teenage son.  I purchased 2 of them as I thought I might want more than one months supply.  Of course it was a great special to get the product and they advertised trying their product for this great inexpensive price.  Low and behold one month later, I was hit with an $88 charge to my credit card.  I spoke with Joel...who apparently is well known on this board...as being a complete jerk.  He had a pitch right in front of him that he was reading...he knew my every complaint...this is NOT NEWS TO THEM. 

Apparently when you buy into their "specials" and purchase a product there is FINE print.  You are also signing up for a maintenance program.  3 payments all totally over $200.  WTH!!!!  I explained to Joel that this is not so simple to see or I would have seen it and NO WHERE did I see a balance of $200 that I would owe them.  He kept shutting me down and telling me that it was VERY clear and he was sorry that I did not read it carefully. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! Seriously Joel..if it was so clear why are there so many reports on this.

So then I tell Joel to cancel my account and I will send the 90 day supply back that they sent me (that i did not order by the way) and he had the nerve to tell me to be sure and get a proof of mailing because sometimes they lose track.  again ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!  

this is not right, if Proactive wants to stay in business they need to get rid of Joel and start to think of their customers more.
