I had ordered your product on April 5,2008. I paid $197. About 3 hours after reading and trying out the information, I had decided that I had been mislead about what you really do. You do process rebates but never said in your description that you would have to advertise. And no where did I see any blockbuster or any major companies that they deal with. This company said they will offer a refund (double your money back) if i was not satisfied with the program. I dont want double my money back, I just want the $197 back. I called your 1-800-785-8042 on April 5, 2008.

After answering all of their questions, they assured me that I would be getting a refund of my $197. They said I would be getting an email by Monday, April 7th 2008 confirming my refund. That did not happen. On Monday evening, I called again. I spoke with a gentleman telling me that I would be receiving a confirmation and refund in 5 business days. On Tuesday evening, April 8, 2008 a gentleman, named Holden called and solicited me to trying other online products. I told him that I was scammed by this Processathome.com and he gave me another # to try to get a hold of someone who could help me get my refund. I waited until Wednesday the 9th to call. I called 1866-885-8126 and that routed me directly to the same # as above.

This time I spoke to Lani and she could not pull up my account information, stating that they were having computer problems. I asked to speak to a manager, but she said that all of the managers were in a meeting. I asked her when the computers were going to be up and running and she told me in a 1/2 an hour. I waited and in one hour, I called back. This time I spoke to Joo or Jun (MEANWHILE THIS IS THE 5TH TIME I HAVE CALLED THE COMPANY!) I am starting to get annoyed at this point. He told me that they were not having computer problems and told me that a manager will get in contact with me by friday.

So i waited until Saturday the 12th. Still no response from this company. I called Saturday April 12th and spoke with Ashley. I told her now this is the 6th time I have called this company about my refund. No confirmations by email have been made and no actions have been taken to put this money back into my account. She told me that she would be the one who will send a confirmation via email within 30 minutes. Of course, this did not happed.

It is now Monday april 14th. There has been no contact initiated by the company. Nor did a manager call back. This is definatly a scam!

NO RESPONSE!
