OK. So it is clear that I am not alone. This is a great site. Wish I had found it sooner! OK - I expected that the qualifying would be diffucult, so I was very careful to ensure that I entered everything for each "offer" exactly the same as my initial registration. This way, hopefully the computer would have an easy time matching satisfied offers up with my record. That part worked great. They showed that I qualified with all 6 offers in 5 weeks and was given the opportunity to send in my voucher. My award - a Dell Inspiron 1000 laptop.
I thought I had actually found a good thing and that it would happen. I sent in the voucher - delivery confirmation - and it arrived October 21 2004. I am still waiting for the system to show that they received it!
Since that time, I see they have gone through a couple of name changes and are now the useful.com. There was a new link for a voucher, which generated new numbers than what the original voucher had. So I sent that in too. Still nothin.
I also have sent three online support requests and one email to find out what is going on. Nothin.
Called the 866-301-7260 number and left a message. Nothin.
The latest is this - On this site I was able to find the number for Jilliane Quiroz. 561-306-1915. I called on a whim - SHE ANSWERED THE PHONE! I almost dropped dead. I didn't even know what to say. Anyway - after a few moments of awkward silence I was able to give her my story. She took my information and said she would have to get back to me. She was very nice and not at all what I expected (someone ticked that all these people were calling).
OK - so now I wait. I JUST made this call. 12:05 EST 5-Jan-05. Let's see where it leads. I'll let you all know!
