Horrible. I will never go back to this office. Rude and more concerned with money than anything. My experience was terrible and I dont think that this office will be around long with current owner.

Intimidation of online whistleblower

It looks like Professional Dental threatened to subpoena the name of the lady who made a complaint. As a reminder we have free speech in this country. Any business that threatens a client because the client gave criticism is in itself a strong reason to avoid that business. This seems like a petty lash out that even my 5 year old would know better than to do. A surprisingly sad way to do business in this consumer's mind.
