PROJECTORQUEST Global Tradequest BROKEN BULB , Internet

ProjectorQuest sent bulb with broken housing. I was incredulous that they were not aware of it, and asked them to send a replacement housing and, considering that I received damaged material, asked if they would extend the warranty on the bulb, which appeared to be working (I simply put the bulb in using the old housing. 

In reply I was told, unapologetically, and in a condescending tone that my warranty was now totally voided altogether.

When pressed for information I received a follow-up email clearly not intended for me, but showing ProjectorQuests total disregard for customers and customer service.

Wished I had read this website before i did business with them.

Thankfully the old housing works (no 'alteration' needed) and I am in biz. However, I don't expect the lamp to work the 2000 hours it is expected to. Would be interested in PQ's interpretation of OEM.

Will update this post as the bulb wears out. For now, readers, don't waste your money. Plenty of other reputable companies out there willing to offer support without indignities.
