Promdress01.com is terrible and unethical…buyer beware.
First, they sent the wrong color.
Second, the tailoring of the dress was poor.
When, I tried to return for a refund, despite a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, they would not refund stating it was custom and that my daughter selected wrong color DESPITE sending an actual photo of the color she wanted.
If they were in the U.S., Consumer Affairs would shut them down immediately!!!!!
