Hi, my name is Eric and I noticed that there are two other reports writen about this company. I first became aware of the problem when I had tried to follow up on my payment. Although I signed a contract that stated I would get paid within 90 days, I was told that I would be paid in actuality in 30 days. When I tried to follow up after 35 days, I could not get ahold of anybody at this company. It was at this time that I notice two other reports about this company and read the dialogue that ensued. It was then that I realized that this company had no intentions of paying even within the 90 days time period.

After this, I was able to see a posting on craigslist and get in touch with another model's mother in Florida. Neither one of her daughters had been paid and it had been 125 days, well past the contractual time period. She also knew of 8 other models that were past the 90 day time period. I began to put posts on craigslist and have now discovered that there have been numerous models throughout the country that had not been paid even after the 90 day contract. When I finally got ahold of Emily Peot, who had booked me, she had stated that she would get a check out to me by the end of the week. Finally when the end of the week came, yesterday, I was told by Hilary Troutman that I would get paid when they would get to it. In light of the precedent set by the non payment of other models, I knew that I would not only not get paid anytime soon, but that I would not be paid within the 90 day time period. I decided I needed to act now and I have been organizing models from throughout the country. I plan on calling the US attorney's office on monday and filing a complaint.

Furthermore, I plan on sending all the proper info to all of the other models I am in contact with to do the same so that we have more than one complaint and can take action. Thank you very much, justice awaits!
