Steve Bland and Property Made Easy is a scam conpany and I will spend every expense to put him out of business. They do not respond to emails or requests for maintenance. When they call you, they call from a block number. They do not pay their contractors they send out to make repairs to our apartment. We have spoken to several contracts who say that they got stiffed. They mail notices from a UPS Store address. I don't even think they have an office. I strongly advise you not to do business with Steve Bland at Property Made easy.
