Pros Rehab LLC is a horrible company to work for. They have stolen thousands of dollars from their employees through 401k. They would deduct money from your check that was to be deposited into your 401k, but when you would check your 401k statement, there would be no new contributions into your account. These thefts have been ongoing since at least 2010. There are several pending lawsuits and complaints to the Department of Labor. Pros Rehab LLC, Kelly Bailey, Carmine Bianco have also been unable to make payroll in a timely manner for the past couple of years. We have had checks bounce, put on hold buy the bank and not even received a payroll check until a week or two weeks after the original payroll date. When Kelly or Carmine are asked "Why have I not been payed?" they will lie to you on the phone and directly to your face. Always making up excuse and promising to find out what the problem is. Bottom line they are both LIARS AND THIEVES. Unfortunately for many of my coworkers, Pros Rehab LLC, Kelly Bailey, Carmine Bianco have been unable to pay health insurance premiums for their employees, resulting in dropped insurance coverage. Without any warning, employees have received notification from insurance companies that they are no longer covered, leaving employees on the hook for thousand of dollars worth of medical expenses. I STRESS that if you are in the physical, occupational, or speech therapy fields, do not work for these people.
