I entered into one of their Internet coaching programs in Sept 2004. Part of the program involved marketing/advertising to the tune of $2000. So far to date, nothing has been done and they have no intentions of honoring the contract on that aspect. In addition, they say it might take ANOTHER 6-8 months time before getting the marketing up - which I find is total BS. When asked for a refund, they totally refused.

In addition, after the 10 weeks of coaching was up, they have yet to respond to any emails or phone calls left for help on the Internet business. Getting someone to talk to is next to impossible (other than the receptionist - who is nice!).

So far. nothing from Prosper, no refund

AUTHOR: Thomas - (U.S.A.)

And now they bring out their trump card..saying my website content is "inappropriate". It isn't like I suddenly said yesterday I intend to do this niche...it was back in October 2004.

And that ever popular Kurt Brady (what a RUDE person he is) just doesn't understand that I've tried numerous times to contact the company about my problems but they never respond. And make ME the victim (why didn't you call before - "Oh you did", we don't have record of it). Gee, sounds like someone robbing you blind and then another robbery attempt.

I've got names, dates, times when I tried contacting the company (may it be via email or phone). I've already contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges.

And I still cannot BELIEVE a company expects someone to use a Marketing company like Fortius (which I gather, through research, is an another arm of Prosper, PMG, American Learning, etc) to wait another 6 to 8 months before expecting results. That just makes me even more determined to get my money back.
