Prosperica Financial Benefit Services ripoff Champlain New York

I can not believe that I got ripped off. I got a phone call one day offering me a credit card with 0% intrest for 3 years. My husband and I have been working so hard to clean up our credit. We have not used a credit card in more than four years and we had just purchased a new home. I thought this would be a great way to start out fresh. I told them I needed to think about it and to call me later.

They called me later.

I was told by the sales person that I would have my card in 40 days but that processing was usaully faster than that so expect it in 10 days.

This company is so smooth that the even transferred me to another person Lawrence, who went over the information the sales person gave me. He said this was being recorded "for customer service and quality training." I had to repeat information, and answer yes to all the questions.

My husband was really leary about the whole thing. He did a search on the compnay and came up with nothing. He also called them the same day I freely gave them all my information. The Gal he talked to him and assured him that this was lagit.

When card wasn't there in 10 days, I called and spoke to Monica. She told me that the sales person will say anything to get the sale, and make the commission. I said I wanted my money back and I was reminded that I was in a contract. I asked to speak to a Supervisor. I was told that there was nothing the supervisor could do, and that she would not call one over. When I insisted, she hung up on me. I tried to call back and no one ever answered.

I waited my 40 day and the card never came. So Today i called the phone number again and found that is was not available in my area. So I did a search and found these rip off reports.

I am so embarassed that I was so easily fooled.

I hope that this report will help someone else not make the same mistake that I did.
