Prosperity Phone Services - PPS & We Set Appointments.com Ripoff Fraudulent Deceptive Telemarketing Services Never Heard of You & Dead People Don't Deep Appointments Springfield Oregon

We contracted with Todd Anderson who is the CEO & part owner of Prosperity Phone Services to set 90 solid appointments. We also worked out the time scheduling of these appointments and Prosperity was to supply the compliant DNC list.

Instead of the agreed appointments, we received appointments mostly booked in the same time slot for the same day. When we called the homeowners to reschedule, we found the vast majority of the 90 appointments they supposedly set had never spoken to a TM from Prosperity nor did they know anything about our company and our promotions. We found a few appointments had been made with DEAD people & people who never lived there. Others involved leaving messages on the homeowner's answering machine telling them they had an appointment with one of our reps on a certain day and time without ever speaking with the contact. We did sell 2 of these after convincing the customers to meet with us.

I called Prosperity to inform them of these facts and after what seemed to be a mutual resolution with their Quality Control Department to replace the first set of 90 appointments with legitimate ones; we found the original problem to be ongoing for the second time around. They were the very same appointments!

They had also promised to contact us with the updates and needless to say this did not happen. As always, any attempt to contact anyone within the company has been extremely frustrating. Eventually after countless messages, we did receive an email stating we need to fill out their complaint form - we did & have not heard from them since. This was in Dec 2003. We have called & sent emails asking them to return our monies ($5265.00) with no response.

We feel that the company has flagrantly committed a clear case of fraud & misrepresentation along with various other State & Federal violations - not to mention blocking caller ID's; not asking for required federal ID numbers or rendering theirs to us. We also found they were approaching customers who are registered with the "Do Not Call List".

Do not do business with them if you value your money!
