Bought a House. Called ADT to continue service that was already in the house until our security team could arrive. Called ADT number on Website. Person answered-noisy on other end- I asked "Is this ADT"- they said "Of course it is- who did you think you wre calling?" First Clue- should have hung up. Scheduled an appt. for next day for ADT to come out and turn the system back on until ouur security team arrived. Tech shows up with ADT shirt on, shows no badge and the car has no ADT logo on it. Tech spends hours reviewing our home system to give us an estimate-but all we wanted was for the current system to be hooked back up. Tells us we need special sensors and the price will be $2500 in 4 installments. THATS TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. I told him to get out of our house immediately. The tech would not budge. My  fiance was trying amicably to get him out. I then told the tech- maybe I will think about it and research it for a few days, thinking that would get him to leave. He told me "I'll wait right here till you decide. I have to call my boss", Then he said "I'll just start installing the new system". I told him NO YOU WILL NOT. PLEASE LEAVE. He then dissappeared in the back of our home, would not come out. I called ADT Corporate and they said get the guy outa your house and call 911. By this time, I am realizing- I don't know how many guys this guy could have with him. So I get my fiance to keep him distracted, I arm myself and do a sweep of the house. We get him out of the house and it takes him another hour to get out of our community. Within 30 minutes of him leaving, a charge from some company called Defender Security shows up on our CC. We alerted our CC and they stopped the card, the charge. WE pit alerts on our bank account and credit. The FBI has been alerted, The Atty. General of Arizona has been Alerted, Local PD has been alerted and Fox News has been alerted. We have a private security company on site as well as other state of the art security. We've heard these guys come back and do B&E's, rob, steal your identity, etc. Our security firm is tracking this guy down right now. RUN TECH, RUN. Because, honestly, you messed with the wrong family. Scam somewhere else.

This has to be a fake report..

You come off as some "Security Guru" because you have a Private Security Company ON-SITE and IN ADDITION more "state of the art" security.  Not to mention that you apparently have your own firearms.

But based on your report.

You let this person in your house with ZERO ID or ANY Proof other than a shirt that they MAY be with ADT?

This guy refuses to leave and what do you do?  Do you call 911?  No..you call the Corporate Head Quarters and they tell you to call 911.  But do you call 911?  NO..you arm yourself and start to go through the house.

Of course even though you have no idea how many people this guy may have...YOU put your fiance in harms way while you arm YOURSELF.

So now, he is outside..you apparently are still armed.  Yet this guy decides to stay around your neighboorhood for an hour and has the "smarts" to still charge your account after 30 minutes.   Where during this time you apparently again don't call 911 telling them that this guy refuses to leave the neighboorhood, but you do call your Credit Card company and cancel the card.

Of course during this entire hour we have no word as to if you did something as simple as..oh I don't know...get the Licence Plate Number?  Seems like that would be a good start to any investigation..yet NOTHING.

Now, AFTER the fact..again instead of calling 911 you "alert" the FBI, law enforcement(finally), Fox news(I guess the other news stations aren't good enough?), as well as the AZ Attorney General.  I have a question...exactly how many of those entitites that you "alerted" asked you the same thing..."Just why didn't you call 911".

But with all of these people being "alerted"..who is spending the time to track down this person...Your security company????

Seems like there is either a lot missing here, or you are outright lying...so which is it?
