Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They attach a 14.95 charge to you phone bill as if you asked for the services and if you don't catch it they get your money. I asked these A-holes who authorized them to bill my phone for their services and they had no answer. Only an apology followed with "we will credit your bill". Well I did a little checking and found that they have done this to a whole lot of folks. imagine if it where 10,000 people a month. That's 15,000 a month these thieves are stealing with no consequences. This should be stopped and sadly AT&T allowes it. Shame on them as well.
