just noticed today that all the post on flithyliar.com are bad links? like the entire site is not working, i wonder if they took the site down or if there was a glitch that has it down about this loser?

I can tell you i have a court ordered judgment from heber springs Ar against this loser, from 2007 where i had to take him to court, after he ripped me off, after i fell victim to his charming ways as many other women posted on here already.... and if you will see, i also just found this site tonight and posted about him....

I have only collected about 400.00 on my large judgment against him before he quit his job and disappeared again... so if you ever do get any info on him i would love to know it... bc all i have to do is find out where he is working AGAIN and issue another garnishment and maybe i can get another few 100 bucks before he moves on again.... he is a very sick sick man!!

It won't be long until we have your address, then you can be expecting some visitors, more than likely a court server or deputy. yes I have already talked to the Michigan State Attorneys Generals Office, and I will continue to hunt you down. You don't even know the difference between slander and liable, Go ahead and file, I welcome it, you won't be because it is all true and can be proven.

Wow, he can't even spell and properly formulate sentences. He did not dismantle his company, he stole from it and ran it into the ground without even telling his clients of this. He fled Florida for Michigan and continued to permit his employees to work for his clients even after knowing he was going under, had no valid insurance, and would have his security license cancelled because of this. His phone was shut off at his request by Sprint and because he decided to pay himself instead of his business. He owes his CPA a considerable amount of money so I find it interesting how he is able to "take care" of that issue but not pay his employees. Don't believe this man at all - he is so full of himself it most likely borders on some clinical medical issue.

I filed my own complaint about him because it was the right thing to do. But after reading his response here, I had to laugh.

He has no such copies of any such checks because (A) they were never issued and (B) they never showed up on any bank statements. He took the money his client paid him for services already rendered and then fled to Michigan, using that money to fund his travels and adventures. He even took $1000 from his own company here and used it for his company in Michigan, not to mention using these payroll funds already due his employees here in FL to pay for his company registration with the State of Michigan, paying his rent for two months, food, dining, online dating, porn, etc............

Jonathan currently owes four employees over $5000.00, some of which was to be paid from client paid funds 30-60 days old and the balance to be paid from client paid funds 0-30 days old (in the grand scheme of things). The bottom line is he had the money in hand to pay his employees as 90% of the client paid funds went to payroll.

As for proof, well, I'd be happy to share everything I have been provided that shows without a doubt how he took our money, for his own personal matters, and failed to pay us. In fact, it's the very same stuff provided to the police for their fraud investigation against him.

Jonathan, feel free to file your lawsuit. I'll be happy to be at the front of the line to discredit you publically with proof. Face it........ you are a thief and a con-man. Oh, and a liar!!
