Protective Smart Health Premier ripoff BOCA RATON Florida

This program is a scam and full of deception. It promises at least 40% savings on perscribed medicines and additional savings at the Dr.office.

The plan is $119.95 per month with a $100.00 one time fee for enrolling. We have not saved one dime on the medicine since we have enrolled last month in (october)and have spent $300.00 full price. On November 16th my wife had an Dr.appointment and was informed that Protective was not offering a discount. So we had to pay $100.00 full price there.

So we contacted the agent by phone and reported all this to him and he denied that he told us that the Dr. was in the network and brushed us off with a number to call. In turn we did call the number given to us and was told sorry the Dr.was not in the program (dah)another $119.95 has come out of account and no discounts rendered. We have lost $638.90 total so we have canceled .

My friendly advice is to pay by credit card so if services are not delivered at least you can get the money put back on your card. Best advice is not fall in this trap with Protective Smart Health Premier. They will lie and make empty promises just to get the sale.
