Protron Digital Corp. Spectroniq Protron Digital are "TOTAL RIP OFF'S" They don't even back up their own stuff Ontario California

I purchased two Protron Digital DBA Spectroniq Dual Tuner LCD HDTV's Through ShopNBC On November 25, 2006. The TV's Worked fine until the end of May. Then one of them just stop working. After calling the company to have it fixed, I was informed I had to pay the shipping to California which cost $180.00!! It was shipped to them on June 25, 2006 and received by them on July2, 2006.

I waited until the second week of August before I called to see what was the status on the TV. I was told they never received it, thank goodness I had the digital signature and all info from UPS. They apogized for the mistake and informed me that it was still being looked at. The next week I called and the same thing was said.

The next couple of weeks was like listening to a recording because the person I was talking to, kept repeating the same thing. Finally when I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor I was told my set could not be fixed and they would send me a new one as soon as they came in.

Since then, between my husband and I, we have called evey other day. For the first week or so we were told as soon as they come it we'll get one. Then it became two sets are due in in a couple of days and one will be shipped to you. On Sept 5, 2006 I was told it was being shipped on Monday, Sept 10, 2006.

Well here it is Sept 17 and they still haven't shipped a TV. I asked for the employee's name every time, I know I'm speaking to the same person, but I have a list of names. I was told that there is no one else I can talk to, that they are the supervisor. They refuse to give me last names or employee numbers or numbers of some one else I could call. I have even tried calling the Ontario California offices direct, but the calls somehow, can never get through.

As far as I am concerned, I have been ripped off by Protron Digital and ShopNBC since neither will back up this product. I have asked both for my money back and both have refused. They are getting to know my voice now, because I call every day!!
