Ordered one item on 7/2/14 it is 7/14/14 and still no part, no known item on the fed ex tracking # provided by protuninglab. Protuninglab does not answer the phone, called every day all different times for 4 days. I am wondering if this is a scam company. I will call my creditcard and try canceling this order.

This company will never answer thei rphone. Turns out they sent me an e-mail with FED EX tracking. UPS shows up with the package. A strange way to do business but I did get my order.
