Watch out for charges to this company. I was charged $19.95/ month without even knowing what for or what the company does. When I called them to complain, they said they would cancel the "membership" but NOT issue a refund for the 3 months of charges. I asked them what kind of company they are and they said a customer service company for other companies? whatever that means. So I said do you have proof that I authorized these charges and they didn't and would have to get back to me. I then proceeded to tell them what I thought of their SCAM.

Luckily the credit card co (Discover) was willing to credit me and will investigate further.
