Providian National Bank issued me a Visa Account three years ago, in those three years I aquired numerous late charges in which I called and disputed them with operaters and supervisors. Unfortunately, to my avail, I had no choice but to pay them.
A few months later my account was closed without any written explanation and apparently was sold to Emerge Mastercard. After some research I found that "Emerge" is another name for "Providian National Bank". They just changed their name. I am mad as hell! Please I need some information on what I can do to retrieve if possible hundreds of dollars in late charges which are fraudulate. Thanks Leean Sxxxxx...
