 This complaint is made on behalf of the public:

Take notice that it is alleged that the British Columbia Provincial Court allows a Muslim Judicial Justice of Peace aka Provincial Court Judge to bring into the courtroom a Koran, which is the Islamic book of Muslim law.

The BC Provincial courtroom correctly leaves the Bible in the courtroom; however, the Koran is also brought by and through the presence of Muslim Zahid Makhdoom in the Robson Square location located in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The Koran teaches that women are inferior to men, as we understand it.

Muslim Makhdoom refused to hold a male witness responsible despite the fact that the witness admitted to defying a court-ordered summons to appear and give evidence in court, according to records; when in fact the witness went on vacation instead, on his own admission in the records. We understand that Makhdoom J. permitted this contempt of court of the witness to go unpunished, and did so at the expense of the BC tax-payers and the person who summoned the witness, a student who is Jewish and a female.

We understand that Makhdoom J. spent several months in prison in Pakistan, according to a website of a Pakistani organization in which Makhdoom claims to be president. We understand that Pakistan is a primitive society that does not respect women or their rights. We understand that Pakistani women are often the subject of abuse by men, and that Islamic law does not protect them in Pakistan.

 We understand that while Makhdoom J. was a judicial justice of the peace, he has publicly attacked the actions of the United States government and Israel, contrary to the ethical guidelines by which Makhdoom J. is bound, which requires him to govern himself accordingly.

We understand that Office of the Chief Judge Crabtree refused to question Muslim Makhdoom's action of bringing the Koran into the courtroom, which is supposed to be a medium for the administration of justice and rather than for discrimination against any persons.

We understand that a formal complaint has been made to the Office of the Chief Judge Crabtree against Makhdoom, Zahid. We will update the status thereof once we are informed thereabout. Wherefore, we respectfully submit this complaint on behalf of the public, particularly the women of British Columbia.
