I have collected Autographs sin the year 1971. I met many celebrities over the years .

I have become very knowledgeable of Autographs over the past 47 years of collecting as well as selling.

I stood in line for three hours back in 2003 in order to meet, and have books signed by Rudolph Giuliani. The title of these books , LEADERSHIP. These books were all purchased new , they were First Editions. The cost of these books was $ 25.95. There was no extra charge for having these books signed. Rudolpg Guiliani signed these books in front of me. The Bookstore Employees placed "Autographed Copy" stickers on the front dust jacket of each book .

I sold one of the Rudolph Giuliani Signed, First Editions of LEADERSHIP online. I charged $ 35.00 + Shipping Cost for the book. The buyer returned the book to me 60 days later becuase she sent the book to PSA DNA for an opinion and a Certificate. These Opinions and Certificates cost more than the book price. PSA DNA rendered an opinion that the book was not authentically signed by Rudolph Giuliani. I accepted the return, plus I paid for return shipping of the book.

While PSA DNA broke no laws and they did render an OPINION. This was indeed an opinion I am unclear what the opinion was based upon. I find it incredible that anyone would pay $ 35.00 for an autographed book and then pay an addional $ 50.00 for an opinion on authenticity. My buyer returned the $ 35.00 book , but was out of pocket the opinion price of $ 50.00 with no item to show for it. This deal lacks common sense .
