Pyschicaccess.com offers a free 6 minute reading which they uphold. There is a link to bonus referrals which offer $10 credit to your account. I referred a friend and she got a 6 minute reading. My account was credited $10. My friend and I referred others, one of which was at my home at the time. She was going through some things and wanted to get a reading. She used my computer. Afterwards, I was locked out of my account. Someone changed my password there. When I clicked on "contact us", I got a response to try a different password. When that didn't work, I got a nasty email from DOUG. My friend did too. He said we were playing games on the site and were now banned. We asked him what he was talking about and he became even ruder. He claims that we were making up fake people and addresses and he "knows" this because they have software that detects the IP address from the computers. First of all, if more than one person lives in a household and shares a computer....does this mean we can't ALL get an account there??? How ridiculous! I hope DOUG is fired because he's truly unprofessional.

doug, amazed is not exactly the case here. i am very well aware of how to get ip address information and other geographic information from someone's email or login information. my friend lives over 2000 miles from me and thats how i received the 10 dollar credit. the other friends we referred are "real" people. they made the mistake of using my computer to sign up to your website. that's it. normally, they live at their own residences. there was no fraud and to make that accusation without gathering the facts is unprofessional, to say the least. if you truly have a reputable company then you should handle issues with more professionalism and dignity.

Kelekalaniand her friend were attempting to defraud my company by obtaining bogus email addresses and registering as fictitious people so when the fictitious person got a reading, they could collect on our Refer-A-Friend program on their legitimate account. They got caught and were amazed we could find something like that. Of course we shut them down. They were committing a fradulent activity, what company would let that pass?
