Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I feel compelled to share information based on  personal experience in order to help those that might be considering calling psychic-source .

Most likely if you are considering calling them , you might be going through confusion , pain , anxiety . In short , the key words being EMOTIONAL. Rarely are these calls based on simply feeling bored and wanting to be entertained .

It seems as though the readers there clearly do visit this web page , and monitor what is being said , and when challenged have no qualms about ripping a customer apart as we have seen here .  Why do they do this ? Their ratings are high , they do well for themselves . Why would they care about the "few" unsatisfied customers ?Because this is a site which they cannot manipulate into erasing negative feedback .Do the search , and you will not be able to find negative reports anywhere else . (not for a lack of any .)

When customer service was questioned regarding the management and ownership of this company , their operators state "they are not at liberty to say " . Yes , they will return your money if you hang up soon enough if not satisfied with a reader , however if you are new and have been strung along by someone who is wasting minutes , they may very well tell you to speak to financial department who most likely will not give your money back .

A for the readers , I have found only few who do have insight  out of a bunch that i have spoken to mistakenly , because frankly you do not know if they truly connect to your situation unless you have spoken to them .

On several occasions  quite a few of these readers had strangely used another psychics words , or ideas that are dead wrong. Yet they utilize these ideas in their cold readings . It is difficult to explain but too many of these coincidences have happened . It is as though they realize , and count on the fact that if one has picked up on some vague idea about your situation but you hung up unsatisfied , they most likely count on the fact that you'll try another one , and so it goes . Leading me to believe that some form of sharing  of customer information does go on . I cannot vouch for the psychological , or mental states of other callers , however i know my own ,

and I have no reservations about hanging up on someone who truly did not connect to me , and for example seems to be convinced they have spoken to me before and chuckle when you plainly state you have not . There was a point where one reader plainly stated to me that not all readers here are truly readers . ( that i did not expect to hear from their own )

They look at customers as cattle . And the garden variety of problems that readers call about they are very familiar with so to many of them it is all the same , as are you . I have become truly convinced of how far they would go to put you down , when one of the top readers "queen bee" took the opportunity to tell me she had the "impression" of me as being someone who is unwilling to hear what is difficult to acknowledge . Why did she say this ? Because i had made the mistake of revealing at the beginning of the conversation i spoke with someone who was truly off .

This was a top psychic but out of a long conversation with her all she managed to produce was an odd resentful energy rather than truly seeing the situation . And no this was not about wanting to hear something . This is truly about another not even remotely connected to the issues but rather piecing together a few obscure bits .

My faith does not lie within their advisement , nor should yours . The ultimate answers lie within God ( if you are of faith ) . It is only when certain situations become so difficult and you turn to sources like this that you are potentially subjecting your self to more emotional tumult , especially when speaking to someone who may become so arrogant and insulting as claim things that simply are untruthful.
But it seems that even the "top advisers" ego is to big for humility .

Please stop and think . There truly are gifted psychics , and those that are would never go so far as to manipulate you emotionally . There is truth and their is lie . Some may truly be unstable customers . But for those that are not : please do not allow such people to affect you negatively . Only you know the truth about your life . Keep your sanity , and money .

Do you know of any good lines?

AUTHOR: Luna - (United States of America)

I was interested in what you had to say about Psychic Source, because I started filling out an application for them, but thought I'd best check here before submitting it. I am very sad to learn that so many people find them to be fraudulent, because I was really, really hoping to find a line where I could ally myself with other great, real readers (I've been one for 35 years) whose true intention is to help people find answers and to empower clients.

I was wondering if you would be so kind as to tell me the name of the 'independent psychic line' you mentioned you work for, as I feel it could be for me. Or, if you know of any lines that ARE real and don't treat both psychics and clients as cattle (very well put; I have been treated that way by almost every line I've tried, and so the relationship won't last, because I am NOT into cheating people and I can only take so much below-poverty-level pay and poor treatment from these lines).  Thank you.

Just Don't Do It

AUTHOR: Safenotsorry - (United States of America)

I never in my life thought I'd ever call a psychic service but I first called Keen and then Psychic Source because Keen was awful. Love makes people, especially women, do things they never would. I wasted a lot of money, time and tears and in the end yes, it was me that kept dialing. The point is, none of these services work because noone can predict the future. If they could, they would know your name before they pick up your call. Why do they need your name, the other person's name, birth date, blah blah. Don't be naive as to think they don't lie or don't want to deceive you either. PS is not accredited by the BBB- which means they are a ghost company. Nobody knows how they really run and the BBB has graded them as an F (the lowest). They want your money. At any cost to you- physically, emotionally, financially. I was so depressed after a break up, I got hooked on PS. A part of me knew I was out of control and being stupid, especially when nothing was happening but I kept going. I'd call the same person, even one's who said "no he's not coming back" and the next time I talked to them they would do a complete 180 and say "yes, he's just got a lot going on right now" or something to that effect. And the longer you stay hooked, the further out the predictions become. Nothing they ever predicted happened and the waiting and the calling only destroyed me more emotionally. I didn't know what the truth was anymore. The worst are the ones who tell you what to do- this is how u become completely dependent and unable to make your own choices. That's how they get you. They are ALL very real scams. Pain is a part of life, con artists don't have to be.

I am done talking to the psychics at psychic source and psychics in general. I guess it not their fault and its a very imprecise thing, but I had three readings at psychic source over the weekend and they were all different. I guess what you are supposed to do is find an adviser there who you talk to all the time and that you trust, but I have found that every single person there cant predict anything. So how am I supposed to trust them? Some of them say the same things, some say different things, and its just confusing as heck. I guess they know that if youre not happy with the reading you get from one psychic, you will call someone else and they will tell you something different. Either way, I think theyre hoping that you spend money. And considering the broad range of what I have heard there, someone Ive talked to along the line has to be right. And if youre in a situation where you dont know whats going on, you dont have any idea who is right. They all say oh give it another week or I see [insert some point three weeks from now]. You just shell out more money, and the more time that goes by that you dont hear from the person in question, the less likely it is that you will ever. Youve just got to accept that the person youre asking about is yet another person who doesnt want you, and youve been living in false hope. You read all the great reviews, so youre willing to give it another shot, and another shot, and another shot. Then before you know it, youve spent $100. But youre still willing to spend more. If they have 100 people spending $50 per day on there, do the math. Theyre raking in the cash. Its because you are desperate and youre hoping that the person youve fixated on will finally be the one to give you the love you so desperately crave. I called their customer service one time and asked them why I hear so many different things, and they said that they have over 100 advisers, and if I called every single one of them, I would hear over 100 different things. People call these lines because they either cant afford therapy or they dont have anyone in their lives that they can talk to. I dont think they do scripted readings at psychic source because I have definitely not been told things that I wanted to hear there, but then I call some of their top people and they say, Oh, yes. He loves you. He doesnt want her. Hes coming back etc. and I dont know if they say that to get ratings or if thats what they see. I dont think they lie. I think they mean well. And its not just psychic source. Its the same every where you go. These psychic networks have people there who all contradict each other. If youre calling these people because youre confused about something and you want to know the truth, then you might as well just take a wad of cash out and light a match to it because youre not going to find the truth at psychic source or anywhere else you go. I even went to this other place that advertised itself as a small, family owned company. I called 2 of their psychics and they both gave me different answers. One yes, one no.

Also to update about Psychic Access, Ive given up on them, too. Ive had readings there that contradict each other. One says yes, another says no. Its too confusing. They are cheaper than psychic source, though. But Ive had people there say oh, hell contact you in x number of days and it doesnt happen. I started out calling Psychic Access and I heard different things and stuff didn't come true and so I called Psychic Source because I read good things on the internet about them. But it's just been a waste of money and a descent into emotional turmoil. I realize that I did this to myself and I allowed it to happen, but if they're telling you something that's too good to be true, it probably is. There is definitely some overlap between what I've heard at Psychic Source and what I've heard at Psychic Access, but the readings are contradictory and i don't know who to believe. I'm done.

Psychic Access Screening

AUTHOR: Happyworker - (U.S.A.)

Yeah I agree with the 2nd person, about calling Psychic Access, they are more stringent than psychic source, I know this about them because a friend of mine interviewed for them. You start out by filling out the job application for them but they only interview 10% of the applicants, so 90% goes away right there, and then the people that do manage to get through to the screening process are required to do 1 20-30 minute general reading, they can't ask questions, they can't asked for feedback, or the test read ends. There's no way to do a cold read with them. So they may just be the real deal.

And another poster, talked about getting denied with Psychic Source, and they do screen for people that will tell them what they want to hear, and will pay for that service, that's why psychic lines are becoming entertainment, expensive ones, and nothing more.

Like for example, I did a shift on a psychic text service, and introduced myself, and gave a less than positive truthful rating, and I got reported to the owner because I "didn't lie to her". That's part of the problem.

psychic source

AUTHOR: CANDLE IN THE WIND - (United States of America)

I have belonged to this site for a while now I am a very spirituaL person and I am also psychic or for lack of better word intuitive, which most of us are. I called out of couriousity and I see if my perspective on things is right. I HAVE TO BE VERY HONEST I DO THIS TO TRULY HELP PEOPLE  fix things in thier lives many people get hooked on these site's because it is kind of a therupy. I will not lie and I have helped friends, family, co workers, but i did not charge any one.  I am right with many many things  some people call these lines just to talk out of lonliness, boredom or they are going though a  a ruff time and want answers most of the answers they get are a five minute feel better fix so they can sleep at night  or to have something to look forward to for a day or so. I have tried to join psychic source thinking I could help people I was denied (maybe cause they knew i was real) there are maybe four people on this site that have any ablity all the rest can't predict the broad side of a barn! for 4.15 a min or 5.95 that is alot of money for a 5 min fix.  All their top psycics you can't get a hold of unless you have three or four hour or in most cases three or four days just to stay on your pnone pushing thier ext numbers how pathetic is that there is really something wrong here if you are hanging on a phone for that amount of time for false answers not much of anything I have ever asked has happen in fact 90 percent has been wrong! most of these people are guessing at things  so you have a 50 percent chance it will happen if this was a professtional company they would have a better system in which to get you real help. It is a waste of time and money and it can ruin your life go with your gut feeling on things if you love someone he left you or is treating you badly let them go, if they don't return they were never yours to begin with!! Don't hang on to someone who cheated on you or lied to you or walked out on you move on and if they come back it was meant to be if not than be thankful they can't hurt you anymore! ask your self do you really want someone in your life like that? pyschic source is not the place to fix problems it just adds to them mentaly and financialy go get professtion help and solve your problems instead of causing more! I am a believer in psychic abilty and  I know these sites are fake!!!!

don't call psychic source

AUTHOR: katie - (United States of America)

I am updating my original rebuttal because I have been forced to come to the conclusion that they are scam artists at Psychic Source and they just want to tell you what you want to hear so you will keep spending money. I don't want to admit how much money I have dropped at Psychic Source, to be assured that everything will be all right... You wait and wait and wait on their "predictions" and they never come to pass. Some of them can see things and can describe the people you are asking about, but they also will tell you that someone is coming back when they're not, and just wait a few weeks (usually it's about three weeks) and the person will get in touch with you. They don't. If you really want to talk to a psychic, call someone at Psychic Access or talk to Cherry Sage.  You can find Cherry Sage on a Google search. She will tell you the truth. I called Psychic Access again because I was fed up with the BS at Psychic Source, and I found a psychic there who was willing to tell me the truth. No BS. Her name is Mystic Carli and she will not lie to you like so many of the others will. Calling Psychic Source just prolongs the pain and emotional turmoil and torment. Yes, it's something you do willingly, but when you are vulnerable and feel out of control and desperate, you call these people because they will reassure you and most of the time, will not judge you. I talked to one person at Psychic Source who was willing to tell me the truth. Her name is Aina Jean. I recommend Psychic Access because they are not as busy as Psychic Source and so their workers have time to rest between callers. I don't work for them or anything, but I was able to verify what Mystic Carli told me with another psychic.

They are scam artists...

AUTHOR: Rebecca - (United States of America)

I think it's less. More like .50 cents per minutes... There is thing of sweatshop labor for the psychics. I found a few articles in that aspect. And I think I just heard the world smallest violin playing. Still, the multibillion dollar corperation is pretty scary, becuase if it isn't the psychics then who is that company? (I also spent a day trying to figure out what else psychicsource do. Who are their investors? Because you do know they have another company hollywoodpsychics. They're cheaper psychics are there too, some with fake names, but word for word the exact bio. Still this company and their websites if you scroll to the bottom says something about collecting 3rd party information on other website you visit... ??? I mean did I read that right?) Still... I use buy into psychic calling as therapy, but it isn't.

I am sad to read this

AUTHOR: katie - (United States of America)

I am sad to read this. I have been using Psychic Source and have spoken to some of their advisors about something that I have been wondering about. I have looked all over the internet for anything negative about them. I haven't found anything so I figured that they were the real deal. I haven't talked to the Pamela person that the one commenter was talking about. But I had one of their advisors make a prediction for some point last fall and it didn't pan out. I also spoke to someone there who was very way off. I talked to another advisor who was obviously guessing. But I think there are some people there who have a gift. I haven't had that many people make predictions there. I wish I could find a legitimate psychic who could help me and answer my questions. No one has been negative or nasty to me there. I have also been to Psychic Access and I got readings there that were all over the place. I am so depressed from reading this. I will continue to hope that I have spoken to people with talent but I guess we will see how things play out. I do read the feedback in the comments section and when someone gets a bad reading, they leave the comment there for everyone to read. I look through their feedback page and only choose people who don't have a single negative comment. There are those there. I am really confused right now and I don't know what to do. I have to talk to someone about my problem but no one in my life will listen. I even tried a counselor but she didn't seem to care too much about my problem and she clearly thought I was being silly. At least the people at Psychic Source will listen to you. I am going to maintain my faith in them until it's been proved irrevokably wrong. I have talked to a couple of their "top" advisors there and I was not impressed. I think I got better feedback from people who are not five stars. I wish I could find a truly gifted advisor who could help me.

I agree with most of this, just one thing

AUTHOR: Happyworker - (U.S.A.)

Okay I agree with most of what is said here, I have both a friend who's worked for them, and I've also been a client of their's so I know both sides.
Let's get to the only part I disagree with, that they do well. It's a huge misconception that anyone working as a psychic, tarot reader, astrologer, numerologist, etc, is richer than you, and does well. Especially if you're calling a 1900 psychic phone service, any psychic phone service, you may be paying up to 5.75 per minute, and you're thinking, well how do I become a psychic, and bullshit people for 5.75 like the top psychics on Psychic Source, truth is, the rate for a phone psychic is .17-.42 cents a minute. Especially on psychic source, they make .32 cents a minute, maybe a dime more, if they have a certain number of paid minutes. The rest of that 5.75 goes to advertising, look how many commercials there are for psychic source, look at all the fact that psychic source is at the top of yahoo, google and other search engine searches, that costs money. A lot of it goes to advertising, so they are earning 20-25.00 per hour that they are actually talking, which is don't get me wrong not bad, but it's not the 345.00 per talk hour that you think it is. Just keep that in mind. I do work in the psychic industry, but on an independent site. Just in case any of you were wondering. This is the reason why it feels like you the client are cattle, because the psychic advisor is cattle also, that's the way psychic phone lines work, that and they probably have hold time requirements, or they lose their position. So that's the end of my perspective working in this industry.
With that said, Now my perspective as a client, when a spiritual advisor provides services, I am usually watching for any bs activity, cause I know what goes on, I know to watch for them trying to make the conversation longer, vague statements. And really, because of all the info about their screening process, I expected an experience clairvoyant that knew everything about me. Instead, I got statements and a reading that wasn't that detailed, for someone supposedly screened by 4 people. I read tarot for a living, and the statements were a little bit more detailed than a tarot reading, but not by much. And one thing, she got dead wrong, and tried to explain it away. The reader was Pamela by the way, I think she had ability but not that much. I would avoid them. Even with them being around 20 years, that's only because of a really good legal team, I'm sure. As I'm sure they have problems on the inside. They could get better talent if they maybe wanted to pay better than 20.00 an hour.
