Hired him to do facebook ads, I asked for the copy to make sure it fit my demographic to no avail. He used nomenclature that people in the states don't use in the ad. In addition he used 3 of the same testimonials in the link page. It looked extremely unprofessional, nothing like the example he sent me. He used the word "mum" to target NYC. Didn't offer to redo the ad and didn't honor the money back guarantee. Don't waste your money. I disputed the charge and hopefully it works out.

I started to work with this inidividual after he paid 25% of my fee upfront. This in and of itself showed me he was hesitant and not fully committed to getting the results he wanted.
Anyhow, after I set up his marketing and started to generate leads he seemed happy.
This was until he get frustrated that he could not get hold of some of the leads.
I had no information as to when he was calling the leads and how many times he rang them.
I ran his ads for just a few days and generated him OVER 25% of the leads I had promised.
The agreement was to deliver LEADS not sales. This was made clear.
This client wasn't even willing to stick to his agreement which was to pay the full fee we agreed.
He then decided to request a refund claiming that my leads were poor and I wasn't targeting the right market.
But I do have a client in New York and they now have 2 facilities and are planning their 3rd. So I'm 100% sure it's NOT the leads.
My money back guarantee could no be honoured because my policy is to give a refund if I CANNOT generate the number of leads agreed.
The client did not give me an opportunity to do this.
I used the same system to generate leads that i use with ALL my clients....many of whom have changed their lives, opened up new facilities, added tens of thousends of dollars to their business.
The clients I work with realize THEY are responsible for making the sales.
Anyhow, his refund request was not completed after evidence I presented to his bank clearly showed he did not keep his end of the agreement.
