PTSupermarket.com Item Never Shipped/Paid & No Refund/Same response when questioned by email/NO Phone # on website HongKong China

I found that this to be my first experience with a Fraud website. The webpage design was laid out very professionaland the price seemed reasonable. After my checkout process for a iPad otterbox defender for my daughter and payment. I received my email that item takes 7-15 business days. Closer to arrival date I noticed no Tracking was provided or Item Shipped email. After contacting them via email. I received response that item shipped 1/2/2014 from HongKong and would take 2-3 weeks for delivery and given a tracking number and website to track which is not english (although website was only english). Days later I emailed again looking for exact location of item since it was shipped and reveived the EXACT same response as before. Since 3 Business weeks have passed I have reuqested refund and no response has been given. I have no way to reach the company to further dispute as no phone number is provided only email.

Disappointed. Sad. Believing that those who make these awful choices to the public will soon reap awful consequences!
