I am a Navy Sailor. I started business with public storage and parked my Lexus in one of their units from Nov 2020 at 94-1128 Ka Uka Blvd, Waipahu, HI 96797  because I joined navy boot camp last December.  In April 2021 public storage called me that the catalytic converter on my car was stolen and they could not tell me when it happened and who stole it from my car.

I paid public storage every month to guard my car but it failed to take its responsibilities and liabilities. It's a total public storage's fault but they rudely refused to resolve the program they made. Public storage is really a big nightmare to me!
