Public Van Lines A Horrible Company Lies Extorts Irresponsible Scam Brooklyn, New York

I hired this company to move my stuff from Virginia to Baltimore. They showed up two days late. After they packed my stuff, they gave me a black sheet without specifying the amount of money they charged. Since I had a quote with them and it was written in email, I thought it was fine. I asked them whether the stuff exceeds the quote. They told me no. I was safe. However, they wanted to charge me almost three times as the original quote. They left a lot of poor blankets in my old place and change me a lot for their negligence. And they doubled the amount of money, threatened not to deliver at all.  They don't tell you when your stuff would arrive, and refuse to show you what damage they caused.

 They wanted cash transactions without showing you that they got all your stuff to you. Basically, if you pay them, and they don't deliver anything,  there is nothing you can do. I saw them throwing my stuff on the streets and my furniture was cracked, luggage was teared up. My bike was broken and so on. I asked them to deliver my stuff first. They refused to do that and asked for payments only. It ended up that they left. They were rude and irrespective to you and your properties. They gave you emotional stress and simply treated your properties as garbage. They only wanted cash and once they got it, they simply ignored you and wanted to charge you with storage fee. This is a company you should never hire or contact.
