Public Van Lines Scam of Business needs State Attorney's to investigate Internet

Do not use this company ever, if you value your possessions.  They will quote one price and after the truck is loaded and locked they let you know that you owe almost 3 times the original quote.  When you debate extra charges then they tell you can take them to court  but until it is resolved they will hold your items, and charge you storage fees.  When delivery is set they will only except CASH or Postal Money Order which was a red flag for me so I got a Cashiers Check from my bank and it was refused as payment. We had 5 different days scheduled for delivery and truck driver had an array of excuses why it was changed each time.  Come to find out he had not secured labor from his Craigslist ad.  These guys do not work for Public van Lines so you have no idea whose entering your house.  When I told driver I would pay after delivery which is in definition unloaded and in my house I would pay him he said its civil matter and payment is due upon arrival and would not unlock truck for unloading, I called local police and they were willing to inform this jerk that he had to unload first.  When items were being unloaded I realized that 60% of the boxes were crushed and items that Public Van Lines packed were broken. These people have no consideration for anyone except themselves they are in my opinion Sociopaths and need to be medicated with anti-psychotic drugs. This truck drivers name is Michael has southern accent sometimes then reverts to a New York accent. I have his Tag number if you ever want.   They need to change their nam to PUBLIC SCAM LINES.
