Publishers Billing Assoc PBA has sent me multiple invoices to renew subscription to Kiplingers Personal Finance Magazine. Invoice looks official, even stating that they have already rec'd a "partial payment of $14.97" from m Reno, Nevada

I have rec'd multiple invoices from Publisher's Billing Assoicaiton to renew my subscription to Kiplingers Personal Finance magazine. Invoice looks official, even stating that I have already made a partial payment of $14.97. This is all bogus!!!!

I do subscribe to this magazine, but confirmed with Kiplinger that PBA does not represent them.
