Yesterday I received a letter from this company stating that I was a winner of a sweepstakes and with this letter a very real looking check. I called the company from where the check was suppose to have originated and they have had many problems with this scam. I'm writing to warn people not to be fooled into cashing these checks because they aren't real. There are people that have called, I assume received instructions at what to do and then deposited this check into their bank accounts. Most likely they spent it before they received confirmation that the check was good. I didn't call the number in the letter because I KNEW this HAD to be a scam. PEOPLE BEWARE. Warn your loved ones especially the elderly and not so fortunate people who really need this money. I'm hoping we can catch these guys.
