Puppy Elite - David Feldman ripoff dishonest fraudulent selling of puppy and billing. New York New York

After researching and numerous contact with vendor both via email and phone, I placed deposit for a "Teacup" Yorkie puppy.(07/06) I was to drive to NY and pick the puppy up and pay the remainder of $1650. When I pick the puppy up Mr. Feldman informed me that the puppy weighed 1.3lbs.

I paid the remainder of the bal. Once I arrived home I took the dog to vet. where he ran some tests and weighed her. The vet. informed me that she had parrasites and weighed close to 3lbs. I contacted the vendor to inform them and instructed the bank to stop payment due to "the product was not what I was told".

After numerous email dating to 08/17/06 they would not make an agreement. From 08/17/06 until currently I have not any response from the vendor. On 10/06/06 they used the number on my check card which they had from the deposit and processed the remainder of the bal. ($1350.)without my authorization.

Currently, I continue to fight with the bank and my Yorkie weighs 6lbs.and I nursed her back to health (Max. "Teacup" weight is 3 lbs.) I now know the puppy came from a mill.
