Puppy Elite, Steven Feldman Mr Feldman continually lied to me about my puppies AKC papers Brooklyn New York

I too was scamed by Puppy Elite in Brooklyn, NY, we purchased a female English Bulldog back in april 2007, we did not pick our puppy up in Brooklyn she was flown in to Albany NY which the plane had been delayed for several hours and we were told that the puppy would not be left by herself that they would put the puppy on the plane right before it was to take off well a long story short we did not get the puppy until 1:00 in the morning and she was left by herself for hours on the plane when we had gotten her she was full of feces and very hungary. Mr Feldman assured me that my AKC paperwork would follow shortly there after as he does not like to send the paperwork on the plane with the puppies, so I told him taht I would pay to have my paperwork sent with confrimation that it was actually sent. I was also told that I would receive the shot records which I never did I had to keep leaving messages that I needed this information as I was taking the puppy to the vet on the day that I was going to take the puppy to the vet he had faxed something to the vet. I have contacted Mr. Feldman on several occasions about the AKC paperwork only to be lied to time and time again oh I contacted the AKC and the paperwork is being sent directly to you the last time I was in contact with Mr Feldman he hung up on me so then i contacted the better business bureau and filed a report with them and I just received back the same thing that everyone else has been getting that they have closed my case for Puppy Elite not responding to several attempts from the BBB. Our puppy also has the demodex the other puppies also have
