The "Company" goes by the name "Pure Diet Products," and "Garcinia Pure and Green Coffee Pure."  It's advertised on the internet via pop-up ads.  No company address is listed on those pop-up ads, only telephone numbers. 818 403-3341.  Other number to refer to are 877 569-6930, 877-424-7461, 800 642-2793, and 800 990-9579.

  In checking with Business Licensing in Norcross, Ga., there is no company by the name of Pure Diet Products in the town of Norcross,Ga that is licensed to function as a business.  The phone number for Pure Diet Products is 800 990-9579 and 800 642-2793 which I found inside the bag of the product they sent me.

The SCAM goes like this...A pop-up Ad appears on any particular web page you happen to be surfing that is titled "Garcinia Pure Select."  The heading of the Ad makes it appear that the company name is Garcinia Pure and Green Coffee Pure.  You call the number listed to order the one month "free trial."  You pay only for shipping.

Nowhere on that advertisement is anything said about automatic re-orders, but only that you pay for the shipping of the product.  When you call the listed phone number, a person in India answers to take your order.  It's obviously a phone bank because you can hear other voices in the background.

The first thing I mentioned was that I did not want to order the product if there was an automatic re-order.  She said, "Your credit card information isn't kept."  I then asked her to confirm that I wouldn't be automatically billed for another order.  She again said, "Your credit card information isn't kept."  I told her that that isn't what I asked.  I asked her again if I would be billed for an automatic re-order.  For the third time she said, "Your credit card information isn't kept."  I assumed that she was telling me that I wouldn't be put on an automatic re-reorder program.

Upon giving her my MasterCard number, she began reading off a script that went something like this:  "You have agreed to pay for the trial shipping.  We will send you another order after 30 days.....    I cut her off and told her that I haven't agreed to any such thing!  Cancel everything!  I'm not buying anything from you! There is nowhere on the internet Ad that mentions an automatic re-order.  She continued....you agreed to the Terms for the trial.  I reminded her that I didn't agree to anything!  She said, "You cannot cancel.  The order is made."

She gave me a phone number to call to cancel my order.  Another Idian answered...this time a man.  He said that I can cancel my order if I pay $38.95 for the product already sent.  I asked how the product could already be sent because it wasn't 10 minutes earlier that I spoke with the order taker? He said, It's shipped.  I informed him  that I would have payment stopped.  He then offered to charge me only $20 for the product.  I told him I wasn't paying anything to be scammed.

Today, I opened the shipping envelope to get more information.  I found another couple of phone numbers.  I called Pure Diet Products to obtain their physical address.  I told the American woman about the situation.  She offered to sell the product to me for $12.  I told her that I wouldn't do any such thing.  She then offered me the product for $8.95. Finally, she hung up on me.  I wanted the physical address so as to file a complaint with Business Licensing of that town, but since they don't have a business license, it would be fruitless.  This situation amounts to Internet Fraud, but I won't hold my breath expecting any government agancy to do anything about it.

I have a mailing address for this company?

AUTHOR: Lisa - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, November 12, 2015

The company has a PO Box in Santa Ana, CA ... I just received samples from them, the return address is;

 garcinia Pure & Green Coffee Pure/ Pure it PRoducts

PO Box 25380

Santa Ana, CA 92788-5380

The phone numbers listed with my order are:

(800) 990-9579 or (800) 642-2793

I was told on the phone and took a screen capture of the ad that said they do not do auto-ships; it was recently advertised on Dr. Oz with a link to this company on infomercial, though he always claims not to endorse particular brands... If you look at Fox 10 news website in Phoenix, I saw the ads (with Dr Oz) just last week, on their webpages, as a link!?!

I hope this information helps! I will be ticked off if I get auto shipped any more after a one-month trial... By the way, their ad looks a bit wonky, it looks like it's a 14 day trial, but says its for a month... At 2 pills/day for each, there should have been 60 pills per bottle for each, with just s/h paid for each... I expedited shipping for a small additional cost to cut down on mail time, and was pleasantly surprised to find 60 pills per bottle, what I'd expect for a 30 day supply of each.

If it works as advertised, and I'm not billed for. Ore if I don't need it, I'll keep you updated... Heck, I'll update you either way!  I want to lose 40 pounds, and 3 dress sizes... Which ever way works, in whatever time it takes... Starting tomorrow, 11/12/2015... Wish me luck!
