I sent off for free trial offer of Aici Berry product and submitted my credit card details to pay for postage and packaging, The following month i noticed 75.00 taken from my credit card account, i notified my c.c company and they put me through to the phone number related to the purchase on my credit card, i was told by customer service rep that my details would not be used again and no charges would be made in future.

four months later and 300.00 poorer they are still taking money from my account, they do send the product but i do not take it from the post office and it is returned, but i believe that they do not have a return address on the package. Every month they use a different company name and contact number but when you contact them they say the same thing that they will not use your details and that the account is closed but to no avail.

My credit card company said they can dispute the payment now as they have details of me notifying the company but they cannot guarentee getting any money back but i just want them to stop taking my money. I feel like i am being robbed on a monthly basis. Is there anybody that can take these people on and stop these scams. Somebody is making a lot of money praying on the general public.
